Pay by Whish — either a direct transfer or a secure Whish payment link sent to you on Instagram or by email.

Receive
We buy in London and deliver to your door in 10–14 working days.
Bespoke sourcing
Can't find it in the catalogue? Our bespoke sourcing service finds anything available in London's boutiques and department stores — Selfridges, Harrods, Harvey Nichols and Liberty London.
Luxury bags, shoes, watches, jewellery, limited-edition beauty and gift sets: send us the brand and product (a photo helps), we confirm availability and price, you pay upfront via Whish, and we deliver in 10–14 working days. If an item is out of stock, you get a full refund — no questions asked.
Delivery
10–14 working days door to door, anywhere we ship.
Delivery within Lebanon is $3–5, depending on your location. This is paid in cash directly to the delivery driver on arrival and is not included in your invoice.
You'll receive email updates from order confirmation through to delivery.
Payment
Full payment is required upfront before we place your order. We accept two Whish-based options:
Option 1
Direct Whish transfer

- Screenshot the confirmation and upload it on the order form
Option 2
Whish payment link
Submit your order, then send your invoice to us on Instagram or by email. We'll generate a secure Whish payment link for you. You'll receive payment confirmation and your receipt by email.

Returns
Before shipment — full refund. Message us on Instagram or by email and we'll cancel and refund.
After delivery — 14 days to return, provided the item is unused with all original tags and packaging intact. The customer pays return shipping back to our address.
Non-returnable — opened beauty products and personalised items.
Fragrances & perfumes are non-returnable — Selfridges applies a strict no-returns policy on fragrance, so all perfume, aftershave and scented-mist orders are final once placed.
No exchanges — we issue refunds only.
Note: certain brands are subject to their own return rules, which we will share at the point of order.
